We are two friends united by a shared passion for meditation and mindfulness.

Siim's transformative experience in a 10 day silent meditation retreat (Vipassana) and Martin's personal journey of healing through meditation ignited a shared vision. Because we all struggle in today's fast-paced, urban world, with stress, anxiety, and a constant feeling of being overwhelmed.
